If gems for use of the invitation code are not awarded to you, please check the following items.
Check whether the invitation code was entered in time
The invitation code must be entered within 7 days of user registration.
If the invited person entered the code more than 7 days after registering, the code can no longer be accepted, and gems will not be awarded to either person.
Timing of awarding invitation gems
The timing of receiving awards for the use of the invitation code differs for the invited person and the inviting person.
Invited person
Gems are awarded after the invited person has entered the invitation code and signed up.
Inviting person
If someone used your invitation code successfully, you will be awarded gems within a few hours or the following day.
Please note that you will not be awarded gems immediately after the invited person uses the app.
The maximum number of awards for using your invitation code
Gems can be earned by inviting up to 10 people.
From the 11th person onward, only the invited person will be awarded gems.
If none of the above applies
Make sure that the account of the invited person has been awarded gems for using your invitation code.
If the invited person has not been awarded gems, there may have been a communication error or other technical problem, so that the use of your invitation code could not be registered.
In such a case, please have them reinstall the app and enter the invitation code within 7 days of registration.
Attention
Please retrieve earned gems in advance, since reinstalling the app will reset your bars and step count.After logging in, their pre-logout status will be restored, and they will be awarded 5,000 gems for using your invitation code.
