After redeeming your Gems for a gift card, you need to enter an email address to receive it.
Select the gift card you redeemed from Redeem → My Rewards, then tap the purple button.
When you open the link, your browser will launch and take you to a Tremendous (gift card vendor) page where you can enter your email address.
If you do not receive the email, the email address you entered may be incorrect.
