This screen will show the Miles earned by answering surveys.

How to Earn Miles

1. After launching the app, check the Surveys tab.

If there are unanswered surveys, a red badge will appear in the "Surveys" tab of the menu at the top of the screen.

Open the Survey screen to check for new surveys.

Hint
If you see a red badge but there are no new surveys, pull down on the screen to refresh the app and see the surveys.

2. Earn miles by answering surveys.

Press the "Answer" button to open the Surveys screen.

If "Instant" is displayed next to the number of reward miles, the miles will be awarded shortly (either immediately or within a few hours) after completing the survey.

Attention
During the period between completing the survey and being awarded miles, the completed survey may remain marked as unanswered.

If you encounter any problems, such as not being awarded miles, please contact us by clicking the purple button on the lower left of the screen.
