The connection between GeoSmile and your smartphone may be unstable.
Perform the following procedures and then wait a while to see if the problem resolves itself.
For iOS
(1) Leave the app running in the background
If you exit the app from the App Switcher (Task List), the location information will not be able to be acquired in the background or it will take a long time to acquire it.
Do not exit the app even when not using GeoSmile. Rather, leave it running in the background (with GeoSmile still in the App Switcher).
Once you do the above mentioned (1) and then wait a while to see if the problem is resolved by itself.

(7) Toggle Motion & Fitness settings

- Turn on [Settings] -> [Privacy] -> [Motion & Fitness] -> [GeoSmile]
Once you do (4) and then wait a while to see if the problem is resolved by itself.
If the problem does not resolve itself, please try (8).
