When redeeming miles for the E-Vouchers, the conversion is made by the "Xoxoday" point exchange service.
GeoSmile will not notify you when the exchange is completed.
Check the status of your exchange request by going to [Exchange] -> [E-Voucher] -> [Purchase history].
You can also check the status of your mileage usage after redemption from [Mileage History].
Attention
If you have completed the redemption and the miles have been deducted, but there is no record of the redeemed E-Voucher in the "View purchase history" section, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form.
