When redeeming gems for gift cards, the conversion is made by the "Tremendous" point exchange service.
GeoSmile will not notify you when the exchange is completed.
Check the status of your exchange request by going to [Redeem] -> [My Rewards].
Tap “>” to view the gift card you redeemed.
You can also check the status of your gem usage after redemption from [Earning History].
Attention
If you have completed the redemption and the gems have been deducted, but there is no record of the redeemed gift cards in the "My Rewards" section, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form.
