If gems for use of your invitation code are not awarded to you, please check the following items.
Timing of awarding invitation gems
The timing of receiving awards for the use of your invitation code differs for the invited person and the inviting person.
Invited person
Gems are not awarded when the invited person enters your invitation code on the last instruction page after installation.
Rather, gems are awarded after they log in from Account.
Inviting person
If your invitation code is used successfully, you will be awarded gems within a few hours or the following day.
Please note that you will not be awarded with gems immediately after the invited person uses the app.
Maximum number of awards for using your invitation code
Gems can be earned by inviting up to 10 people.
From the 11th person onward, only the invited person will be awarded gems.
If none of the above applies
Make sure that the account of the invited person has been awarded with gems for using your invitation code.
If the invited person has not been awarded with gems, there may have been a communication error or other technical problem so that use of your invitation code could not be registered.
In such a case, please have them reinstall the app, re-enter the invitation code, and log in again.
Attention
Please retrieve earned gems in advance, since reinstalling the app will reset your tanks and step count (only when using custom measurements in Android).
After logging in, their pre-logout status will be restored and they will be awarded with 5,000 gems for using your invitation code.
