Checking the status of awarded gems
Even if you did not receive a notification of awarded gems or did not see an animation for earning gems, it is still possible that you have been awarded with gems.
Please check the earning history screen to check if gems have been awarded.
You can check your point earning history from the green gem button in the upper left corner of the app.
