Checking the timing of mileage issuance

If the timing for awarding miles is not labeled as "Immediately", it may take one month or longer to be awarded the miles.

Even if it is labeled as "Immediately", it may still take several hours before the miles are awarded.

Checking the status of awarded miles

Even if you did not receive a notification of awarded miles or did not see an animation for earning miles, it is still possible that you have been awarded with miles.

Please check the mileage history screen to check if miles have been awarded.
