If you have completed a survey but the "Answer" button continues to appear on the survey list screen without being awarded miles, one of the following cases may apply.
- You were interrupted before finishing the survey.
- You completed the survey, but the system did not finish processing it.
When you tap the "Answer" button, if you see "Answered" or "Thank you for your cooperation", you have completed the survey. Please wait a while until the system finishes processing.
When processing finishes, the status will change to "Answered" on the list screen, and miles will be awarded to you.
