It says that slots cannot be loaded.

If you receive the error message "Slots cannot be loaded" on Android, please try the following.

1. Update "Android System WebView" and "Google Chrome" from Google Play (Play Store).
   * Android System WebView
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview
   * Google Chrome
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome
2. Restart your smartphone.
3. Exit GeoSmile using [Force stop] from Android Settings and then restart the app.
