You cannot use GeoSmile on devices that may be used for unauthorized purposes, such as devices that have installed apps to falsify location information and step counts, apps that automate smartphone operations, root tools, emulators, and rooted OSs.
An error will occur by just installing apps that falsify location information and step counts, apps that automate smartphone operations, or root tools, even if the apps are not used for unauthorized purposes in GeoSmile.
The same error will also occur if your device has insufficient storage space or memory.
If you haven't used such apps for unauthorized usage in GeoSmile, please try the following steps.
- Remove apps that can falsify location and step-counts, apps that can automate operations, and root tools if installed.
- Increase internal storage space by deleting unneeded apps and cleaning up data.
- Exit unused apps and restart your smartphone to free up memory.
- Turn off USB debug connection settings if they are on.
- Exit GeoSmile using [Force stop] from Settings and then restart the app.
If the problem persists, please try reinstalling the app.
