Each offer has different conditions for earning miles.
It is also possible that you may have misunderstood the conditions, so please check the earning conditions carefully before starting an offer.
Not completed the offer by the same browser.
From the time you tap the [Earn ...] button at the bottom of the screen to the time you achieve the mileage earning conditions, everything must be conducted in the same browser to confirm the results, so you will not be eligible to receive mileage.
For example, in the case of an offer to register as a member by e-mail address, if you proceed with the browser function of the e-mail application in which you received the e-mail, it will be invalid, so please be very careful.
The settings are such that ad measurement cannot be performed.
The service system may not be able to confirm results due to the following reasons.
- You are using your browser in private or incognito mode.
- For iPhone: Go to Settings > Safari, then you need to turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking to earn miles from mychips offers
- You have disabled tracking ads, browser cookies, or JavaScript.
- You are using a rooted/jailbroken device
- You are using an ad-blocking application

You have closed the browser application or visited another page before achieving the mileage earning conditions.
If you exit the browser application or visit another page during the process, the service system may not be able to confirm your achievement.
Once you have initiated an offer, please continue to do so until you have achieved the conditions for earning miles.
It is taking too long to achieve the mileage acquisition conditions.
If there is a time limit for achieving results, you will not be eligible for mileage credit after the due date.
It is taking too long for mileage to be awarded.
The timing of mileage awarding differs depending on the offer because the mileage earning conditions are fulfilled upon the approval of the sponsor. Please be sure to check the mileage earning conditions before starting an offer.

Tap the offer in the list, and then tap [Request Support] in the offer description to contact us.
