This section explains how to redeem gems accumulated in GeoSmile into E-vouchers.

About redemption

E-Vouchers are redeemed via Xoxoday, a point redemption service.

After redeeming on the app, you can open the Xoxoday Plum page in an external browser to get E-vouchers.

Please note that once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable.

Redemption process

Open the redemption page.

You can access the redeem page from the footer menu.

Tap the "E-Voucher" tab to display the E-Voucher redemption page.

The E-voucher redemption screen will display the following.

1. Gems balance
   Shows the number of gems you currently have accumulated.
2. Purchase history
   If you have previously redeemed an E-voucher, you can check your redemption history.
3. Guide to redeem Amazon gift card
   Explains how to redeem Amazon gift cards, which are particularly frequently asked about.
4. List of E-vouchers
   A list of E-vouchers will be displayed, and the button "Exchange for *****" will appear for each. If you do not have enough gems, you cannot tap the button.

Choose and redeem an E-voucher.

On this page, we will redeem an "Amazon USA E Gift Card (10USD)" as an example.

Tap the "Exchange for 100,000" button in the Amazon Gift Card section.

Drag "Slide to exchange" to the right, after confirming Terms and conditions and Redemption instructions.

A link to get the code will be displayed.

Tap the URL.

An external browser will open and display the code.

How to check your redemption history

Tap the "Purchase History" button on the E-voucher page.

Tap "View E-voucher".

A link to get the code will appear on the purchase history page.
