This section explains how to redeem gems accumulated in GeoSmile into gift cards.

About redemption

E-Vouchers are redeemed via Tremendous, a point redemption service.

After redeeming on the app, you can open the Tremendous page in an external browser to get gift cards.

Redemption process

You can access the redeem page from the footer menu.

Tap the "Gift cards" tab to display the gift cards redemption page.

The page will display the list of gift cards.
If you do not have enough gems, you cannot tap the button.

On this page, we will redeem an "Amazon.com ($5)" as an example.

Tap on the area where the product logo is displayed.

Tap "Redeem for 50,000" after confirming Terms and Conditions and Redemption instructions.

A confirmation screen will be displayed. To complete the exchange, please tap “Redeem now.”

A dialogue will appear when the exchange is successful. Close the dialogue to continue.

You will be automatically taken to the My Rewards page. Tap “>” to view the gift card you redeemed.

Tapping the purple button will open the Tremendous page in an external browser, where you can claim your gift card.

After that, please follow the instructions from Tremendous to receive your card.

Tap the "My Rewards" on the gift cards page.

Tap “>” to view the gift card you redeemed.

A link to get the code will appear on the page.

To view gift cards redeemed in version 4.0.9 or earlier, tap “See gift card history (v4.0.9 and earlier).”
