Check Purchase History
Please check your redemption history by going to [Redemption] -> [E-Voucher] -> [Purchase History].
If you do not see the gift card you redeemed, it is possible that the redemption was not successful.
If so, please check your Earning History to see if gems have been consumed.
If your gems have been consumed but you have not received your gift card, please contact our support desk.
